Our stay was quite underwhelming. The room was not ready when we got there. There were no towels, no body wash, tissues, left over food in the fridge and the tap in the sink was difficult to open. The hotel’s breakfast was very uninteresting too.

I was so impressed with this hotel. It looked like it had been recently renovated and my room was spotless. I am a flight attendant and this hotel was better than many of the places I stay with work! The bed was big and comfy and the AC worked great! The room was spacious and di I mention spotless?! The breakfast was great they even had Cinnabon! Bonus that the coffee machine actually grinded your coffee fresh! I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying at this location again

1. Dirty. Many pubic hairs on bath towels. Leftover trash from previous guests still on floor. 2. Room keys don't work, and we were told it was a common issue of several room locks, and we should ask front desk to manually open for us with a metal key every time we go out.
