Absolutely terrible experience. The room was disgustingly dirty — stains on the walls, floors sticky, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The beds were old, saggy, and uncomfortable, with sheets that smelled bad and didn’t even seem fresh. There was no room service at all, and when I asked the front desk for help, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this was on a different level — this place should not even be in business. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

Nice and clean inside the hotel, the outside we saw people hanging out and did not seem to be staying there. Saw urine filled bottles in the parking lot. Our rooms outlets in the kitchen did not work and the bathroom outlet looked melted and I was afraid to use it. Otherwise the bed was so comfy and even though it’s next to the Fwy, it was so quiet inside.

Disappointing!

The area is just a very nice area. However, we got to our rooms and it smelled like smoke, however, according to them the whole building is non smoking. The shower was gross and moldy and when we woke up in the morning we realized the pillow cases had stains on them. Just disgusting. Tried calling the hotel and they said there’s nothing they can do because they don’t have anything on file from that night from me of any complaints. We absolutely did but nobody was available to clean the shower so none of us showered. Of course they don’t have anything on file for their convenience. They didn’t have any other rooms to give us to accommodate my family. Will never stay here again. Very disappointing customer service and then to be dishonest about it.
