The bed frames are made of metal and every time you get up or lay down on a bed, it makes loud metal noise. Such noises come from your own bed as well as you can hear them from other rooms. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Fresno South by IHG
I was very disappointed. The elevator didn’t work and the ice machine was on the 2nd floor.. I have bad knees so that was a problem. The pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order. I bought a brand new bathing suit for the hotel stay but couldn’t use the pool area.

Room was very clean. Lots of noise from adjoining room. When i told staff I almost called the police because of suspected domestic, the response was, "Oh." No manager listed as being on duty any of the 3 times I was at the front desk.

The hotel was amazing for the price. It was clean and spacious. It was everything you would want for a good night stay or vacation. It was close to restaurants and my family. I plan to make this my go to hotel when visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional.
