Clean room, convenient location. has AC and lift. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again

Room very small, no chairs inside, ants everywhere, including the breakfast area. Quadruple room has a double bed and a single bed, apparently this was the biggest room in the hotel. We book for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 16 and they had to squeeze in a single bed.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotless, very comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and was very well maintained. The location was excellent, safe, convenient, and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made getting around very easy. Everything was exactly as described, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay.

We spent a wonderful week at Borgo Scopeto and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. It has everything you'd hope for from a luxury Tuscan retreat: beautiful historic buildings, immaculately kept grounds, and a peaceful atmosphere full of character. The staff were warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive, and the food was consistently excellent. One of the biggest advantages is its location. Siena is only a short drive away - you can even see the city's campanile while having breakfast - so it was easy to combine days by the pool with exploring one of Tuscany's most beautiful cities (and, inevitably, a bit of shopping to keep our teenage daughter happy). A fantastic place to stay, and one we'd happily recommend.

This place is beautiful, with beautiful rooms and spa. The only problem is that the majority of the spa pools are too hot to use. The drinks are incredibly expensive and we didn't see anybody ordering them around the pool. The smoked salmon at breakfast is worth the return alone. The spa upkeep could do with a little improvement. Great that the kids can use the spa. Would be great if there was a kettle or coffee machine in the room. The changing rooms had an awful smell. Staff were lovely - particularly the porter. Turn down service was much appreciated. Breakfast was wonderful!
