The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The only I wish that was better was the availability of hot water. But other than that my stay was amazing!!

Great location, friendly staff, large rooms, nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, easy to get Uner access.

Close to supermarket and mall with nice food court. However not safe to walk on nearby streets at night.

I had a really wonderful stay here and found this hotel to be incredibly charming and comfortable, with beautiful public areas that I thoroughly enjoyed exploring. The location relative to the Centro neighborhood cannot be beat. I enjoyed speaking with every member of the staff I encountered, especially the housekeeper who helped find a replacement air conditioning remote for me! It is a very easy walk to the port, and securing an Uber (especially a mototaxi!) to get to other parts of town was always quick and convenient. My only critique is that the mattress in room 10 is well past its prime and should be replaced. Beyond that, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice location and helpful staf

Helpful staff. Bathroom could be better due to paint condition. Area nearby is a bit rough but ths hotel is quiet and safe.
