Rio Oso Vacation Packages

Friendly staff, rooms are very nice and clean and the free parking is an absolute added bonus, parking always available. I recommend this establishment.

Having the room cleaned for a two day visit was a little confusing

Old school vibe, reasonable for price point. Room needed some maintenance…light bulbs out etc. but absolutely fine for our transit night in town.

Enjoyed my stay! Very convenient quiet location in centrally located. Will book again

My stay was great. I stayed with my service animal for a business trip. They have cleaned up downtown and it is so safe to walk around now. Especially, in morning and at night. Also, they accidentally charged me a pet fee and I called them and they instantly refunded it. The front desk has been very helpful and made our stay very smooth. The A/C worked great, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I did not park a car, but the valet was in front and it seemed easy. My business partner picked me up and he was easily able to wait out front for me to come down. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. They are doing some construction in the elevator as well as the left side of the hotel, but they manage it well and it isn't loud. Would stay there again. It is so nicely located.
