Nice grounds with great pools. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great

10000/10 Javier was a wonderful host, would highly recommend. He was very accommodating, very helpful with local suggestions. We had issues finding the location, he even went to go find us. Absolutely wonderful experience. The dome was one of the coolest experiences we’ve had yet.

Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness of the entire staff. You can tell that providing exceptional service is part of the culture of this hotel. Everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease throughout our stay. A few people especially stood out: Chris at the front desk and concierge was fantastic—always attentive, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Oscar was wonderful from the moment we arrived, helping with our luggage and transporting us around the property with such kindness and a great attitude. The restaurant staff was equally impressive, especially Abraham and Jack, along with the rest of the team, who were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. The property itself is beautiful, but for us, the people were the true highlight. Exceptional hospitality and a level of service that we will absolutely remember. Thank you to the entire Gaia team for making our stay in Manuel Antonio so special!

I came from my husband‘s birthday and he had a little bit too much to drink slipped and fell, and they made me pay $80 to clean up the room which I thought was totally unfair

Wow, this place just checked the box on everything. From the moment of arrival, Esteban took care of us and attended to our needs to get us checked in and comfortable. We spent 3 nights and wished we had spend the entire 10 days in Costa Rica at The Springs. They have everything you need to enjoy your experience, right on the property. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Great villa, amazing property. However, the villa is listed within walking distance from the main attraction area where all the restaurants and bars are, but it is more like a 15-20 min walk down a few hills and main roads with traffic. Also the beach club that is advertised with the infinity pool is not attached to the villa it is also a 21 min walk.
