We were unable to travel to that side of the country because of flooding, and mudslides. There was no way for us to get there. The best we were offered was a two night stay refund. Even though it was completely out of our control, and there was no possible way to get to the hotel. So we were out approximately $1600. I would think in that case, we should be refunded for the entire stay because there was no way to travel there. Very, very disappointed.

I solo traveled here for my graduation. Firstly, the doors and windows were janky I had to move rooms 3x when I finally got a room it was in the main hotel (not what I booked). The room I booked was in the jungle so I could not risk my window or doors not working. Food was okay, the location was beautiful and directly on the beach which I loved. Staff was kinda helpful. I didn’t like that they asked if I would sleep in the room where the windows did not lock until the morning. Overall I give the property 3/5. Also there’s no a/c but it was not that hot with the fans.

Hotel is very clean, the room is very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. I would stay here again, and I’ll highly recommend it!

The property is great, well maintained, staff amazing, just steps from the ocean, matter of fact you can hear the waves. The only thing for me was not TV in the room but other than that everything amazing!! Good selection of breakfast.

Place was beautiful. The staff was even better. I love them. Can’t wait to stay again.
