Struttura nel complesso buona, soprattutto le parti comuni. Camera piccola e con arredamento datato, ma confortevole. Pecca maggiore il bagno, troppo piccolo con gabinetto all'interno della doccia con spazio troppo ridotto per permettere di fruire della doccia stessa.
