this was my second stay. you changed the method of getting room details. you added a second step. first stay the details were sent directly to my phone. second stay I had to contact Hotels.com for the information. had nice stays both times but probably will somewhere else on my next visit to Pagosa Springs.

Probably the best value in the area. It’s an old school motel that they fixed up and modernized. I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better place for the money in the area. Can I give it five stars? Almost. But it’s not really a five star kind of place . It’s just a really good value for the area.

Within walking distance of downtown durango, minutes from the durango/Silverton train.

Very nice staff but property was old and there was a weird smell in the rooms. Rooms were not well lit. Area around hotel gets very loud until 4 am

Loved the lounge yard and afternoon bar. Beautiful space, great customer service.

Clean, nice bathrooms. Very comfortable bed.

Wonderful place to stay in general but the perfect place to stay before an early morning flight out of the Durango airport. Staff was perfect. Food was excellent.
