The cabin 74 seats in front of a beautiful creek and gives it a very peaceful environment, however since it seats right next to the office there is a lot of traffic people going back and forth, at night the have conveniently added sounds machine which I personally love but that was not enough to keep the noise of heavy trucks and motorcycles going by in the middle of the night but we also use my phone for soothing sounds which help to muffle the sounds a bit and make more manageable, The property is beautiful and well maintained, Our dog really enjoyed the of leash park and walking around, our two kiddos enjoyed fishing and trying to catch the multiple crawfish. Also saw there is a sauna but we don’t tried and a small basketball areas, horse shoes and corn hole that you can ask at the office. The frisbee golf is decent not to big but just enough. There is also small trail across the road with a continuation of bay field’s streams which was also fun to look for pretty rocks, also saw some kids tubing the small creek. In general the stay was relaxing and some what peaceful, will definitely come back!

I really enjoyed my stay here in Ouray. The hot spring pool was definitely one of my favorite parts—it was so relaxing after a long day of exploring and hiking. The staff were also very nice, kind, and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room didn’t have a refrigerator, which would have been nice to have, but overall I was still very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Ouray!

Good clean and affordable accommodations in downtown Durango. Just a block away from the Durango Silverton railroad and a couple blocks into the downtown commercial area.

Rooms were nice as were the beds & toiletries esp. Shampoo & Body wash. Rooms seemed to be clean & well maintained. The staff seemed preoccupied with other things and were helpful when requested. It appeared they were more interested in their bar service than attending to their hotel guests as this was the check in and entire operations center. And don't ask for decaf coffee, they have none.
