This property's management is obviously more concerned about making a buck that providing any sort of customer service. Due to a wildfire in the area, I called the day of our check-in to request a cancellation or rebook to a different date. The highway leading into Ouray was closed and law enforcement was urging people to stay away. I was told that as I booked through Expedia it was impossible to change the reservation and that they had a clear policy of no refund less than 14 days out. I understand the need to do that in normal circumstances, but this was not my fault. I contacted Expedia and they were willing to waive the penalty and issue a refund if they could get consent of the property. The property never responded to Expedia which should be a warning sign to anyone thinking about booking this property. There are more customer centric properties to stay in Ouray and that is where I will look next time, I choose to visit this charming community.

Love this resort. My husband and I come back as much as we can. Staff is friendly. Resort is clean. There is a lot to do.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for train etc. We didn’t rent a car for further trips we ubered.

We loved this Inn. The place has been newly remodeled and was so clean and the beds were so comfy. The river running right outside was the best part and the hot tub was great too! Don’t pass this place up, we will definitely be back one day! The staff were friendly also ☺️

This was a last-minute booking, but our favorite of a 2-week trip. The hot tub and fireplace were relaxing. The in-room microwave and fridge were a bonus. The beds were better than mine at home. The toiletries were so nice that I ordered them for my home. It was also within walking distance to town so we walked to dinner and then to grab coffee this morning.
