parking was easy the room was very dirty, we went to Wal-Mart and bought sleeping bags so we wouldn't have to lie on dirty sheets the floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it

The bathroom in the rooms had a very foul sewage smell coming from it. It was difficult to use the bathroom. Also the shower heads water pressure was very low.

The Best Western is our go-to when we visit friends and family in Chico. It's clean, centrally located, and has an outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast includes lots of options. My kids love the waffles.

Normally I don't have any problems and enjoy staying here, but this time our toilet was clogged, the tv remote was broken, and the a/c shut off in the middle of the night. The pool was also unbearably cold despite the hot weather.
