Ever since the first time we stayed here at the time of touring the Chico campus, we've been very happy with this hotel. We love the unique wallpaper showing the beautiful Chico campus building. The room is always perfectly clean with absolutely no unpleasant odor like bleach some hotels use. The breakfast room is super clean as well with all the basics we need to start our day. This is definitely our go-to hotel in the area! P.S. The staff was kind enough to open the breakfast 5 minutes early as I was rushing out today!

I only spoke with the front desk manager, she was lovely, polite, and very accommodating. The room surprised me, for the price range it was actually very clean. Newer carpet nothing made me feel like I needed to keep my shoes on or avoid the pillows. Actually the bed was super clean and so was the bathroom. The only thing was the curtains were kind of dingy and gross. Would stay again if in the area.

Very clean, remodeled modern style with great mood lighting (recessed lights behind bed’s headboard that lights up the wallpaper’s “old Chico” cityscape). And the overhead rain showerhead option is nice. Microwave + K-cup coffee maker + fridge/freezer… all I need to take advantage of the neighboring high-quality ice cream shop to make a quickie Affogato. 😊

The area felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable yet the heater was a little noisy at times. There was a good variety of food for breakfast and a staff member regularly stocked up on supplies and food. I highly recommend staying at this facility!
