My child found a lighter in my room. I don't use lighters, so that made me think the room wasn't clean. There wasn't enough food left at breakfast. I had to go out to eat breakfast. The pool and hot tub are under the tree, and they are full of leaves and pollen. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

It was ok for an older hotel. First day breakfast was not ready second day kids were climbing on counters where is was served. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Bathroom was disgusting. Had urine around toilet and mold all over. Bed was comfortable. Wish better selection of tv channels. Pool was dirty and small with no towels outside. Hotel is tricky to find at first.

Do not stay here! Upon arrival we found black hairs in tub, run down carpeting, stained chair and unpleasant odors. We requested to move rooms which was taken care of. Second room was better but definitely not even a mediocre standard. Loud rooms! Not a pleasant stay! We will never stay at a Best Western again!

For an older hotel it is well maintained and clean. The staff was very helpful. I booked the wrong dates and they were able to help me book the second night at a rate that would embarrass Expedia as it should. I will book directly in the future.

The staff was friendly, and the spacious, clean rooms were nice. The decorations for the class of 2025 and the candy table were delightful touches that the children especially enjoyed.
