Not happy we had to pay 22.00 for overnight parking. If that was disclosed upfront we would have chosen another location.

Room was clean. We were on 3rd floor, facing the main street. The room was not soundproof; we could hear people talking/live music playing at one of its restaurants. Breakfast is NOT included with the stay. The parking is NOT included with the stay. $16/day with multu in&out access. NO street parking overnight. So we HAD to get the parking. The staffs could have been friendlier. They just assuming we stayed there before.

It is a mirage. From the exterior and lobby all looks well, but enter the elevator and floor hallway, and the truth is revealed. We weren't complaining once we entered are room, but once again that too was a mirage hiding sheets with what droppings and stains. They had obviously not been changed. When we inquired at the front desk for housekeeping, there wasn't a direct number, we were told we could come to the front desk to pick up the sheets and change them ourselves. It was late, my children were tired, and so off we went to pick them up and change them ourselves, but when I carefully removed the sheets, it was revealed that what was underneath was even more foder for trying to guess what exactly the stains could be because more stains, smears, and curved lined peppered stains were revealed. Needless to say no one was sleeping on that bed. The bathroom tub had a backed up drain and NO shower curtain. There were only two bath towels for a room that held six people. We asked for maintenance for the drain and were told that we could speak with them on Monday, it was currently Friday, and there wouldn't be a maintenence person available to repair the drain. We paid $211.29 for a one night stay in a room without enough beds for our family, in a hotel with Carlton the completely useless front desk person, who only seemed capable of repeating, "I'm the only person here. I can't help you." Yet, had no problem standing and talking with security guard for over 40 min. No help.

It was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast each day
