The lady at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. The property is under renovation after its over I'm sure it will be a huge improvement. My heart goes out to the eldmerly that live on site. If you have parents there please go get them it's not good they live their last years there. No hair dryer,no ice bucket or cups, no coffee pot just the bare minimum 2 towel and washcloths. Microwave and fridge though. No telephone either. I'll come by to see the finished product. It has potential that's for sure.

Clean room. Hotel under renovation so not consistent. No accessible access from rear or side entrance.

I want to start by saying the staff was wonderful and helpful! We stayed here 2 years ago & had a great experience so we decided to stay again. Within an hour of being in our room, we saw a roach. We killed it and decided it was probably just a fluke and didn’t want to say anything to staff. The next morning, I noticed something fall from the ceiling out of the corner of my eye and thought “please don’t let that be what I think it is.” I looked and sure enough a roach had dropped INTO my bag! I hate complaining, but I knew we couldn’t spend another three days dodging roaches and risk bringing any home with us. I went to the front desk and explained and asked if they would spray the room while we were gone and staff was very accommodating and they offered us another room instead which was great. We moved our stuff and we had no other issues with roaches in our new room. Another thing I noticed was that the rooms are non smoking which is cool, but on either side of us, people were smoking right outside the door and you couldn’t smell anything but cigarette smoke even in your own room. I’m not sure if one guest lives there as they had camping chairs outside their door and anytime we would come or go from our room he would be in his chair smoking a cigarette. All hours of the day. All we could smell was cigarette smoke our whole time time. They also completely ran out of parking one night and we had to park at the Arby’s next door and climb down a ledge to get to the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised at the room amenities and how clean the hotel is. I checked this mirning after a 4 day stay. My bed was very comfortable and thd shower was nice as well. I will definitely book this hotel again. I traveled alone and felt safe the whole trip.
