Staff in the front desk are not friendly not approachable not able to communicate with us properly. No option with breakfast as same everyday. Poor internet connection. One day no water unable to have a shower. Not really happy with my stay at all.

Nice and quite place , very clean and proper food available but negative points are : AC is a bit old and cannot have low speed and the owners lack communication skills , they are nice but don’t smile 😅 and the WiFi only works at pool area

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© et payĂ© 4 nuits Ă  Rhodes via Hotels.com, rĂ©servation confirmĂ©e et facture en main. À notre arrivĂ©e, l’hĂŽtel nous a annoncĂ© qu’aucune rĂ©servation n’existait Ă  notre nom. Pire encore, il a ensuite affirmĂ© auprĂšs de Hotels.com que nous avions “refusĂ© la chambre”, ce qui est totalement faux (nous disposons d’un enregistrement sonore oĂč il reconnaĂźt qu’il n’avait pas de rĂ©servation). Hotels.com, malgrĂ© nos preuves, refuse de nous rembourser et se retranche derriĂšre la version mensongĂšre de l’hĂŽtel. RĂ©sultat : nous avons dĂ» rĂ©server en urgence un autre logement, deux fois plus cher, et de qualitĂ© mĂ©diocre.
