One word: black mould. In the first room we were given it was everywhere, all walls, bathroom, etc. Air conditioning barely working, moving spores of mould around. The bathrooms do not have a door, but decades old plastic concertina screens, by now broken and, of course, useless as privacy. The staff did their best, they moved us on request to a room with less mould, still present, same type of bathroom ‘door’, at least the air conditioning was working. The breakfast was acceptable and the location cannot be faulted, can walk anywhere in the Old Town from there. But the cleanliness was abysmal, and of that, if I could give it -stars I would.

We stayed at this property after having our crbo canceled last minute and couldnt have been happier with it. We were greeted by Alberto, whose warm and fun personality was just what we needed after the long to do regarding our canceled reservation. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our luggage and to walk around comfortably. The beds were tempur-pedic mattresses that were fairly comfortable The bathroom was a little odd, with the light switch behind the door and the toilet right next to the wall. However, it did the job and worked well. The water pressure a d temperature were excellent. Though the hotel was located a little bit outside the city center, it was conveniently located near multiple tram and bus stops, so getting around was easy. There were plenty of nice restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store. Definitely recommend!!

Good service

The property was well maintained and in a good location. Right next to a train station was very helpful! The only negative is there was no lobby space to hang out with our group of six adult family members. Not a big deal, but just something to note.

We had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco and would definitely recommend it. The food was great and the service from the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One of the highlights of our stay was the adults-only pool, which was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to relax. Our only criticism is that transportation can be challenging. The resort does not offer a shuttle service, and finding taxis or other transportation options was more difficult than expected. If you plan to explore the surrounding area, renting a car is probably your best option. Overall, the beautiful property, exceptional food, and outstanding service made for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely return.

Unbelievably friendly staff, really quirky rooms that are really well designed and furnished. A very stylistic and unique Hotel

The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.
