One of the better hotels in this chain. Refurbished rooms are clean and conformable. Lots of vans and lorries taking up multiple parking spaces so only just managed to get car in. Generally though a good experience

Excellent rapport qualite prix

Juste ce qu’il faut, sans chichis. Literie confortable, chambre propre. Rideaux occultants plutôt efficaces. Le peu d’intéractions avec le personnel: courtois, efficace. Le petit déjeuner est un peu trop cher pour ce que c’est, pas de salé, juste du sucré: boissons chaudes, jus d’orange, pain/brioche, croissants, beurre, confiture et yaourts.

booked in Australia. Very ordinary area. Very budget style Receptionist obliging as our room was too hot (air con not working properly) she made a big efffort and changed our rooms.property has no personality at all. Just bed and bathroom. No business facilities. Breakfast OK, just basic. No interest for the tourist, just a room. No kettle or tea facilities, very basic but clean.

Small room with dirty bathroom

Although this is away from the centre, it is close to a tram stop that takes around 15 mins to get into the centre of Reims. Great check in with helpful staff, room was small but quiet. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs to be better with hair on the shower wall and mould in the door seal. Also in the morning there had been a leak with a fair bit of water on the floor. No hand soap provided so you had to open the shower door to use the shower gel to wash your hands.
