I found toys under the bed and in the living room TV stand. The twin bed is loud and you can feel every spring in the sofa bed mattress. I tried to put in a call about the ac being 78 when we arrived and the manager who returned my call was slightly rude, cutting me off when I was trying to speak. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.

One of the few hotels where I have a completely stress free experience in this day and age. Excellent customer service and quality. Comfortable room.

It was a nice stay overall. We were hearing a child running through the ceilings which made our stay more interesting.

Apartment was very clean! Quick walk to beach and pool. Very spacious. Would have been nice if they provided beach towels.

Although the place was under renovation upstairs when we visited I didn’t reflect that in my review. The house was located so close to Forsyth park and we were able to walk around historic Savannah with no difficulty. Abigail the manager of the bed and breakfast did a great job with breakfast, waters upon arrival, giving us a map of the are and even a happy hour of wine and cheese from 4-5 pm. She was pleasant to talk with and ver helpful. I would love to stay here again when there was no renovating going on as I can only imagine how much more charming it would be.

When I got there the temperature in the room was at 66°. After a little while I turned it to 69° because I was cold. Soon after, I noticed the table was wet as well as the countertop under TV, nightstand, and bathroom countertop. It was some kind of condensation. I put my belongings on the bed so wouldn't get wet. I wiped down the wetness and went to bed. Getting up to the restroom during the night, when I put my feet on the floor, the whole floor was wet enough to go through my socks. The bathroom was the same. I turned the temperature back to original 66° and that seemed to stop additional wetness. I got towels and wiped floor and tables again. Very odd occurrence and I reported it to the staff when I checked out. Only stayed one night. If not for that happening it would have been okay. Great balcony view.
