One of the front staff ladies was great, the rest showed no customer service. The room a/c wasnt working and was extremely humid/muggy, maintenace reset it and it gave out after 10-15 minutes was then given an old dusty fan, parking was not the greatest, pool was extremely packed, exterior garbages were all full the whole time, no areas for pets to go washroom, requested an extra pillow and didnt show up, lastly we requested an early check-in days before and were told to ask on the day of in which we did and was told they should be able to accomodate, waited in lobby from 1:40pm until 3:30pm which then we had to leave as we had birthday arrangements to get to. Was def not the greatest experience and will not stay here again and also not recommend to anyone. No type of compensation offered either.

The water slide is so fun for kids. The hotel was pretty old but it looked like they were trying to do updates. Some mold on the pool floors and the room felt a little “motel like” in the bathrooms. The rooms by the pool are insanely loud for young kids going to bed before 9. Staff was excellent and friendly. Would stay again with a louder sound machine!

The stay and everything is good but their parking is not that great, probably it would make a difference if they make their parking spot per room stay, so that the guest dont worry about their parking spot

Hotel was great for the price. Received a complimentary upgrade for a poolside room due to no other rooms being available for what I booked for, 2 queens. The carpet in the room felt a little nasty on bare feet. But the grandson loved the pool and enjoyed it for a little while before we had to continue our trip. Lots of parking, lots of amenities and shops around hotel. Would stay again.

This hotel was amazing, super big room, and amazingly nice and accommodating staff! If you have kids the water park is next level, if you don't the pool is a bit busy with kids at all hours. The small gym actually was really good and had a full set of dumbbells.
