The lady who first checked me in was almost giggling when my credit card declined, and she didn’t offer me any options of using another card or anything - she immediately asked if it was okay to cancel the reservation, even though I already fully paid for it. She was smirking throughout the whole conversation and seemed like she was almost shaming me

Nice place but wanted to get coffee at the restaurant and they had to ask first if we were able too also tvs in the rooms are so small and screen is dark

All aspects of building and room in desperate need of an update. Loud (can hear everything happening in halls and adjacent rooms).
