Got to my room, checked the bed, and sheets were not changed, were dirty and had yellow spots on them. Asked on reception to change sheets. Receptionist was polite, apologized and offered me different room. While was going to my new room, had to use elevator, and two East Indian ladies that were performing cleaning in that hotel in a rude form told me that I can’t use elevator right now because they are going to the basement. My mood was ruined and the overall impression about hotel was very poor.

Air conditioning didn't work. Didn't clean our room each day of our stay. One more day of stay we would have used up the toilet roll left. Towels weren't picked up for cleaning throughout our stay. The elevator to the second floor smelt absolutely rotten and we chose the stairs often. Do not recommend.

This place was disgusting. Extremely dirty, door didn’t lock. Bed full of dried up blood, walked in the room and was not a safe place to stay. Immediately left and booked a stay at another hotel.

Staff were helpful and professional. Room and building were clean. the bar where we had dinner, was fun and the staff there were very nice. Food was good. Breakfast was lacking in terms of what was offered and the location, however, I understand that the restaurant is under renovation.

Nice atmosphere, looks recently renovated. My room did not have a garbage can. The restaurant, pool, and exercise area were all closed for renovations which was a slight inconvenience.

The lobby has been renovated, but the rest of the hotel was in poor condition. There was no hot breakfast as promised, and the eating room was subpar. The pool was closed as well, which didn’t bother me, but would certainly have been an issue for people with children. The hotel is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep - old carpeting, paint chips, and just repair everywhere,
