Stop charging deposits when you can easily just put a card on file. If someone books in advance, try to not put them on a second floor without an elevator when the first floor is half empty

Not enough parking for the number of rooms.3 of the 5 nights that we stayed we had to park our vehicle across the property and out of sight which was incredibly inconvenient. On the 3rd night we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the room above us was leaking water into our bathroom and shorted out the lights. Had to report to office that our new room the shower door handle was broke, the bracket for the hand lotion was broke and missing, the toilet wasn't secured to the floor, the iron was missing and the TV had no reception.The pool was empty and being worked on the entire time and it was 100+ degrees every day.

It’s not the property fault for the homeless population but you guys can clean up the area around the motel. Which is probably difficult to do cause the homeless. Over all it’s a diamond in the ruff. I mean the rooms is updated all new fixtures king bed is awesome everything is clean and fresh!!! I will 100% stay here again!!! Good job!!!!

Great place for the price

Pros: Staff was great, very friendly. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Close to stores and restaurants. Cons: No vending machines, the cable wasn't working and the pool looked like it needed fixed so it was closed. It was a great place to stay. We felt safe in the area. There is a great restaurant in the parking lot area and a Safeway across the street. I would stay at this hotel again.

Filthy. Floor sooo dirty it turned our socks black. Office girl (in afternoon/evening) concerned more with being outside smoking than being in lobby/desk. Had to call number on office door to make her come to lobby.

The room was exactly what I expected — not bad, not great. It was clean enough, the bed was decent, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Nothing really stood out, but nothing went terribly wrong either. If you’re just passing through and need a place to crash without any frills, this’ll do the job. Don’t expect luxury, but you won’t be sleeping in a horror movie set either.
