Red Bank Vacation Packages

When I booked I was told room would be assigned at check in. I requested 2 queen bed rather than 1 king. At check in I was assigned the king. I opted to pay more at check in to get the 2 queen bed room. I then opted for the pricier option to stay in the “newly renovated” Soalna Tower. The room was clean. That’s the last positive thing I will say. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The wait for an elevator was dreadful. Ended up taking the stairs which wasn’t pleasant. The air conditioning in the room could only muster a mild breeze to cool down the room. Needless to say the room was uncomfortably hot the entire stay. Won’t be back unless serious changes are made. Shame

Clean room and bathroom

It’s very hard to post a real review. Bottom line, it’s not a kid friendly hotel, I asked for a non-smoking room and they still put both rooms in smoking rooms. Kids were not happy. Don’t go there with kids.

The internet service was very slow.
