The location is great, however the hotel is a bit dated and it could do with a little renovation, however, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, breakfast is very nice with lots of fruit and regional food. The ratio price and quality is excellent, its worth every penny.

Falta de humanidade no atendimento

Localização do hotel é boa. Limpeza boa. A camareira Rosa é um amor de pessoa. Tive problemas com a recepção. Estava passando mal e desci até a recepção e pedi água, a recepcionista Nádia me informou que o hotel só oferta água no café da manhã. Então eu informei que poderia ser água da torneira e neste momento a referida recepcionista me perguntou se no meu quarto não tinha torneira. Eu respondi que havia somente a torneira do banheiro e ela me respondeu que então era pra eu pegar ou da torneira do banheiro do meu quarto ou do banheiro da recepção e apontando em direção ao banheiro da recepção. Como assim oferecer água do banheiro?! Um outro Recepcionista chegou e confirmou que o hotel não oferece água e que eu poderia me direcionar ao mercado que fica atrás do hotel. Foi tudo muito desumano e constrangedor. Água não se nega a ninguém. Eu estava só, passando mal e pedindo água. Percebi que se fosse algo mais grave eu não poderia contar com o hotel.
