We enjoyed this stay. Location was perfect to take a cruise. It was all very walkable into Rotterdam. Breakfast was plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice for the price. Last two times staying here there was banging through the night enough to wake from sleep. Stayed here around 20 times and they would not give a complimentary late check out of one hour. Was disappointed with that. There are no loyalty or member programs offered. But location and price and right!

The room with the view over the Erasmus bridge was excellent. Reception was good however their manager not so good , not relaxed and to my opinion too stressed which make the experience less relaxed.

Room was clean and very funky. Loved the big bath . Breakfast was terrific , staff very helpful.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, attracted by the great location. The lobby space is nice and the member of staff I spoke to seemed pleasant when I first checked in. Unfortunately I ended up having a bad experience. I woke from my first night of sleep on a few occasions with an itchy rash on my hand, and did not think too much about it at the time.. That was until later in the day when I began to notice more rashes. My. EdI was out from 8am - 1pm and had hoped that the house keeping would provide new bedding and towels. I left the card on the door as instructed but unfortunately nothing was replaced. My second night was much worse. I woke up many times and as I type this I have rashes all over my hands, arms and even a few on my neck. I very rarely complain or write negative reviews. I hoped to raise the issues with a member of staff when checking out this morning but was unable to as there was nobody available and I had a train to catch. I’m unsure if there is a cleanliness problem but I was disappointed with my stay. I found the size of the room to be slightly small, particularly the bathroom, where there was little space to shower.

We picked this hotel because the listing said there was a pool, but it was under construction when we got there. Had we known that we would have chosen another hotel. There’s not AC and it was hot! The WiFi was terrible to the point we could not even use it much if the time. I would not recommend this hotel.
