Shower curtain in the bath (who does this now?!?!), shower head not fixed at the top, mould all round the bath and mould around windows. In need of a major refresh - even basic work to keep on top of issues would help. Staff are wonderful, very helpful (especially at breakfast). Great breakfast.

The staff were very helpful, the property and the room were beautiful. I'd highly recommend Breaffy House.

Good hotel in a small town. The attached restaurant was a bit noisy at night with the windows open, but it was bearable. Tiny room, so much so the bed took up most of the floor space.
