The property as a whole was okay. Reception desk should respect a clients reservation and not call clients to accommodate another client. If I paid for a particular room, that is what I should get. Like the example I provided, if they paid for a suite and for whatever reason they get called to down grade to a standard king, then why would you spend the money for the suite?

Staff was not welcoming just processing mode. Design was college dorm style throughout and the pictures didnt reflect that. I am older and it felt like i was staying at my sons dorms at college. promotional photos were misleading. I would have not choose differently.
