Great staff, subpar hotel

My room was hot. I had to turn it down to 60° just to have the air-conditioning kick on. The shower was moldy. There was a random small hole in the wall. Another part of the wall was patched. I realize that this is an economy, hotel, but it needs some upgrades. I will say that the staff was lovely.
