Breakfast was great and open late enough. Mattress was awesome. Lake views are lovely.

Pillows and room smelled bad, pool looked dirty. There also was a lot of noise during the night.

Very friendly and helpful staff during check in.

outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading.

Who the hell put excellent?!?! That’s the only reason I went with this place was because of the reviews! I booked a 1 bedroom suite. My family and I arrived to be told there were NO 1 bdrm suites. Fine whatever. The room we were given was dirty and smelled intensely of cocoa butter. The pool area was good for the kids…but overall, no. Not excellent! OMG and thank you for asking about the location on the next page. I had to back up and include how awful that part is. Getting to and from is just…well, if you’re reading this you may already know. Best of luck!!
