The hotels location was perfect in the historic city center. HOWEVER, there were major problems with the water! We never knew when the water would be on or off. The staff kept giving us different answers as to why the water was off, including that there was an issue with water in the city center. After talking with other tourists staying at other hotels, we realized this wasn’t true. The staff also changed the story for when the water would be turned on and for how long. The answers were never consistent. It was very upsetting. We never knew when we could take a shower, use the toilet, or brush our teeth. The WiFi showed full signal but it was impossible to connect. The in room safe did not work and the batteries were never replaced. Our holiday was not as relaxing as we wanted due to these inconveniences.

Water pressure in the shower was very low, and the water to our room went out twice during our stay. We also saw a roach in the bathroom.

Really a comfortable place to stay. Antique building but with modern amenities and walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely come back and recommend.

No water in the morning we had to leave next day they agreed to refund the rest with in a hour I called next day man claimed manager will take care of it soon so far nothing. 🚕 Taxis have to block traffic to load or baggage no parking available. Shower had mold. Controls 4 tv hard to function.

Great location! But this property needs maintenance. From the toilet to a/c, no hot water, TV not working, which didn’t mind that part since we were not in the room much. Stains all over the towels and sheets.
