When you arrive they have wifi available to call staff/Michael who will check you in, staff is not onsite. It's a quiet private area, I recommend going to the free breakfast 6:30am-9:00am it's walking distance to Zen Zauro and you can request room service, I had room service everyday for the 6 days/5 nights we were there, had clean towels and clean sheets and cleaned bathroom and floors.

I would not recommend this place! It was not worth the money and the service was horrible. Additionally the communication was also terrible. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. And the views were nice. We arrived after dark and there was no one to assist us. The check-in for was totally in adequate. We tried contacting the posted number which was out of service. We didn't know where or which room we were staying in. When we finally got in touch with someone after asking the neighboring hotel for help, the host was rude and condescending.
