The staff was very helpful and parking was convenient. We used our vehicle to drive most places but took advantage of the bus transit to go into Old Quebec for the day - the bus stop was at the end of the hotel driveway.

Our second night at this hotel , the front desk staff was very kind and willing to book us a taxi for the airport . The shower was nice and hot this time . We had a chance to have breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
