We had a wonderful 3-night stay. The staff at reception and the concierge woman "Louise" was exceptional. The valet parking guys were extremely nice and very helpful. Service with a smile throughout the hotel. Thank you. We loved it.

Having never been to Quebec City we wanted a spectacular room for our 4 nights. We booked an upscale room with a terrace to see the city. The hotel is.very discombobulated. You must take two different elevators in different parts of the building to get to your room. The bathroom is poorly designed and inconvenient. Our room was.on the second floor and overlooked a back street with non-stop construction. We were told that they would move us but in four nights it never happened. Our room was not made up until 4 or 5 pm most days. We loved Quebec City. But.not the hotel.
