Perfect location, right in the heart of Old Quebec. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a city view room and still hardly heard much noise. Our room was clean, comfortable, had a spacious bathroom with a large shower. As a launching point for daily excursions throughout the city and grabbing bus tours it was ideal.

Right in the middle of Old Town action, on pedestrian-only street, about one block away from municipal parking. Building is obviously very old but very well kept.

It situates at a very convenient location where it’s close to tourist areas and restaurants. Their staff is very friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on revisiting for the future trips :)

Awesome hotel

Wonderful location right in the middle of old town. Room was clean, windows double glazed to keep out noise. Small but well maintained. Wonderful food outlets close by. Souvenir shops around the corner. Only criticism is no safe in room, however room was in a city known for its safety. Need to get dropped off on street nearby as its one way but not an issue. Reasonable price. Recommend very highly.

Very clean room. Beds are firm which we like. Staff in the restaurant were not very friendly. They seemed annoyed that we only wanted drinks and an appetizer while waiting to leave for the airport. The location of this hotel is ideal for walking around the old town. We would stay here again.

Right in the heart of Old Quebec and super easy to walk. Rooms were comfortable and modern with a touch of character. Half a block in either direction of walking over cobblestones is required to get luggage to the hotel. I think it’s recommended to drop off in front of the tourist bureau, which we did, but it’s actually easier to drop off/pick up from the opposite direction toward City Hall. Staff was very pleasant and even had an umbrella for us to use on our last morning to go find breakfast as our umbrellas were in the car.

Not sure where to begin. I guess to say Staff were great and thank you for coming to our room every evening to get the tv working....6 days fyi. The room was just weird. Very few outlets to plug in electronics. Bathroom with no where to put anything along with nothing to put the wet soap, like a container. Soap sat on a glass shelf, not logical. Make sure you read no restaurant, although there is an Italian restaurant with doors open to hotel. The 2 are not together so no room service or charge food to the room. The lack of a working TV was the main issue and every night had to have receptionist come up to get it working even though the were guessing like us. The receptionist not a service person on call 24 hours like most hotels. So if receptionist can't fix your issue your screwed. Im very surprised a woman owns this hotel along with 3 others around as I would expect more luxury or thoughtful set-up in each room. Its decent and like I said staff were great but I wouldn't book here again.
