Hotel was nice and clean. Room was very spacious. Very close to multiple restaurants and close to old town as well. Great location over all. We also loved the restaurants on the property expecialy the one on the top of the hotel, a must dine at!

En plein coeur du Vieux Québec

Pour la première fois nous avions une chambre (De luxe) avec d'eux fenêtres puisque nous étions la dernière chambre de l'édifice (19e étage). Il y avait plusieurs grosses taches de coulis sur la tapisserie. Nous avons adorez le plancher flottant plutôt que du tapis. Il y avait du savon distributeur. Une cafetière à une tasse avec petit sachet on commun. 4 ascenseurs fonctionnels plus 1 ascenseur vue panoramique. Stationnement facile . Accès à pieds des plaines d'Abraham.

Saw the online reviews stating old and outdated. But did not find this to be true. Rooms were spacious and good water pressure in showers. Across from plains od abraham and really not that far to walk (or uber) to Old Quebec. Can take scenic walkway along river. Staff was nice and helpful. Ceil, the restaurant on top of this hotel, rotates 360 degrees for views of the city and Old Town. I would stay here again.

Quebec city vacation

Checking in was easy. We arrived before our room was ready. The valet took our belongings and stored them for us so we could walk around and explore. Room was bright and clean. The flooring needs to be replaced. All staff that we met were friendly and spoke English to us as we don't speak French.

location was good

The location was excellent, but there were often many cars in front of the lobby, which made it a bit difficult for parking or Uber pick-ups—it took some extra time. There was an issue with the air conditioner in the room, and it needed to be checked. It seemed like the unit was quite old, but the hotel responded quickly and sent someone to the room right away. Overall, the hotel was clean, but the towels in the bathroom looked quite worn and seemed to have been used for a long time. And around 8 a.m., someone tried to open my door. Fortunately, I had the security latch on, so the door didn’t open. However, not long after, the door was opened again. When I checked, it was a housekeeping staff member cleaning a nearby room. It would have been much better if they had knocked first.
