Pool was in a very dark secluded area with no windows. Our windows had fake trees on them and we could see shadows sitting outside them all day long. Gym needs more equipment.

This is a good option for people visiting Qc City and the area. About a 15-20 min walk to lots of restaurant options in St-Roch. There are much closer options as well including Melba and Le Fin Gourment, There is also a great smoked meat place within 5 min walk. I did not use or see all of the facilities but I am sure they are well kept as is the rest of the property.

Clean and good price. AC is good and quiet but blows right on the bed. Lots of parking. Not blackout curtains. Tiny rooms. Asked to upgrade and pay the difference but Expedia called them for hours and they didnt answer the calls so I was stuck. Bathroom door came off hinges and fell. It took four trips to the front desk and 21 hours before it was repaired. Breakfast is very very basic but better than nothing. Neighborhood is ok but not great. No elevator and very long winding hallways but they warn you of that.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in almost 10 years. The staff and cleanliness were fine, but the room itself was a disaster. It was tiny. Two beds and a few other pieces of furniture all crammed into the space with no room to walk or even store luggage. (And no, it wasn’t obvious from the photos, which were clearly taken very strategically.) The bed was awful. Every tiny movement made the whole thing shake like you were on a spring. I woke up 10–15 times during the night from the bed vibrating. The breakfast was about as basic as it gets for a hotel; nothing special at all. All things considered, this place is way overpriced, especially for this time of year. Honestly, I wouldn’t pay more than $50–$60 for this room, but sadly they can and will charge you much more.
