I would give 0 stars for this hotel! Pathetic!

I had to switch rooms because my daughter couldn’t shower after swimming because the shower didn’t work. I was in the process of napping. I had to pack up to move. The clerk tested it before she moved me and couldn’t fix it. I was denied a upgrade. In stead ingot another room while trying to see if that shower work the shower handle fell off. She called the room cleaner to see if it was broken. I got upset because I felt she was trying to blame me. I said I couldn’t have broke it because I only turned it to test the shower. I got moved to a third room. The wall paper is falling off in all the rooms. The walls in the cafeteria are dirty. And the food was disgusting. The sausage was dry and the eggs was nasty. Horrible experience!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Entry okay. Needs dusting. Rooms need updating. Walls dirty. Looks like things splashed on walls. Mold in bathroom. Didnt use dining or pool area.Hosts very pleasant.

There was a mess up with check in date. The person at the counter was great about it & got us in a room with no problem. The room itself had some blemishes but nothing that would make us want to leave. Didn’t agree with the coffee pot being in the bathroom. Should have been on top of microwave or dresser.
