I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this hotel for 6 days and 5 amazing nights during my international birthday trip, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. My suite was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home throughout my stay. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a smile.
What made my stay especially memorable was how the team helped celebrate my birthday. I was surprised with a thoughtful handwritten note and a small bottle of champagne, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It immediately made me feel special, and that feeling continued throughout my entire stay. The staff consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and their attention to detail made a lasting impression on me.
The daily breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of great options to start the day. I also thoroughly enjoyed the coffee each morning and the expertly crafted cocktails at the bar in the evenings. Everything I experienced reflected the care and pride the hotel takes in providing exceptional service.
By the time it was time to leave, I honestly felt like I was saying goodbye to family. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team turned my birthday trip into an unforgettable one!

The location is great. Just a block from the Marketplace. Great jumping point to any tourist destination. Staff was awesome. Rooms are small but comfy and clean. Bathroom is really small. If you are a larger person this is probably not going to work for you. Elevator can hold 2 people and a couple bags. But I really like this place.

The location is great and allows close access with a few mins of walking. Rooms are not spacious but works given the location.
