I went with my boyfriend and my family and I truly did have a good time, but I just wanted to point out some things that I thought could’ve been better. Cleanliness could’ve been a little cleaner when we first walked in the room. There was no pillowcases on the pillows and it looked like there was like a washed hot sauce stain still on the bedsheets and we had to have it changed immediately immediately the service is very lousy and then they act surprised when they don’t get tips. There was a lot of times in the buffet where we just wouldn’t leave anything because we would sit down and eat our whole meal and people still did not greet us and ask us what we would like to drink. Most of the bartenders were really nice but as far as serving staff, they could learn a thing or two about customer service. overall, I did enjoy my stay here, but I wouldn’t go back again. Also don’t come expecting for cheap laundry service. They charged me $63 to wash nine items.

We loved our stay at the Tropical Deluxe Princess. The resort is beautiful with lots of wildlife and greenery as well as a beautiful beach. The cleanliness was excellent and the food was also very very good. The Italian restaurant was our personal favourite. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a quite vacation and likes to stay on resort as there are lots to do on the grounds.

Overall it was a great experience, kids had fun beach was nice. The food was ok, buffet could use some more options. The best restaurant was Tao, the Fogo was ehh… and the restaurants booked up quickly. So wish the buffet was nicer.

If you are looking for a resort that is quiet and family friendly, this is the one. It doesn’t get too rowdy at night, very relaxing. Staff are super nice and caring. Very clean, beautiful decor everywhere. Lots of food options. Went in a group of females in our 20s and we felt safe and had a lovely time.

We had a great vacation in this resort. People here are very nice and friendly, we always felt welcomed, safe and had everything that we needed. Our room was very clean, comfortable with a very convenient location near the kid swimming pool. We were able to walk around easily. Food options with a lot of variety for the buffet, we were able to book 4 restaurants during our stay, El pilon restaurant was good! Our kid had a lot of fun in the kid swimming, beach, playing ping-pong , and walking to see the flamingos and peacocks.
