The Westin® Puntacana Resort offers 200 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature minibars and safes. Rooms open to balconies. The hotel is accessible and convenient to walk and the premises are beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I disliked the confusion around breakfast being included in my reservation because I was part of a wedding party. It looks like the bride and groom were charged for their guests breakfast as well as many of the guests. Including myself. The restaurants are extremely overpriced. The quality of the food is good however, for someone that understands costs, the food is unreasonably expensive. The beach bar had great drinks and shareable food. Which I found very convenient. The shuttle service was a great add on. It was very easy and fast to get to the hotel from the airport and viceversa. They also drive you outside of the hotel if needed. Overall, I had a great experience. I only disliked how unnecessarily costly the food is. Punta Cana should not be more expensive than Miami, New York, France, etc.

Clean and beautiful. Entire staff is incredibly friendly. Great food options. One suggestion is to have a shop to pick up sundries. But a great place in the opinion of someone who has travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean.
