i literally can not explain to you how amazing Secrets Tides was! i went for my birthday in September with my sister and we had a ball! from the guests, to the actual rooms/whole resort, and especially the staff!! special shoutout to Francisco, Albertly, Alfred, Kelvin and the entire entertainment team. you all truly made my birthday amazing and i will 100% be back! ❤️ p.s. room service breakfast, the steakhouse, and italian restaurant was soooo good!

I really enjoyed my stay at Secrets Tides. The ambiance was top tier, the staff were exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I also treated myself to some spa time, which I would highly recommend. The only downside was that we weren’t always aware of what activities were happening around the resort unless we happened to walk by or checked in with the concierge desk. It would also be helpful if there were a clearer explanation at check-in about which dining options are available to all guests versus preferred members, especially for lunch and dinner. Other than that, I would highly recommend this resort and would definitely visit again. Just a note—if you’re looking for a lively party vibe, this may not be the spot for you. Secrets Tides leans more toward relaxation with a moderate party atmosphere. We didn’t leave the resort, so I can’t speak on the surrounding area.

Ocean view was good. Staff was amazing! Room was constantly well taken care of. Spa was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back! Only thing was that the beach was overcome with seaweed while we were there. But the pool bars well made up for that!

We had such a great time at this resort! Everything from the food, drinks, pool, and entertainment was amazing, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. Already planning our next trip back because we loved it that much! Big shoutout to Sonia at the theater bar— she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Her service was outstanding and really made our evenings even more enjoyable.

No need to look anywhere else. This is a GEM!

Cleanest and friendliest resort we've ever stayed at. Large staff who almost always say hello while walking past and are attentive to YOUR needs. Very good food quality, very clean and not over-chlorinated pools. Nice low volume ambient music plays along walkways. No air traffic from airport. Rooms are super comfortable and a very good size. Shower had great pressure. Place is amazing. Will continue to stay at Secrets and Hyatt properties. This is a gem. Recommend the Preferred option. Our Butler Jaimie and another couple had Maria who went above and beyond to care for us! Also call out to Coral who was taking care of us at the Preferred Pool. Kind woman!

Mi experiencia en Secrets Tides Punta Cana superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegué, quedé encantada con la limpieza impecable del hotel. Soy una persona bastante exigente con la higiene y debo decir que me sentí completamente cómoda: pude caminar descalza en mi habitación sin ninguna preocupación. El servicio fue excelente, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa, y todo me quedaba cerca y accesible. La comida, simplemente deliciosa. A pesar de que no suelo disfrutar los resorts (tenía más de cinco años sin ir a uno por voluntad propia), esta vez decidí darme la oportunidad y no me arrepiento en absoluto. Definitivamente pienso volver, esta vez por más tiempo y con las habitaciones de la parte inferior que cuentan con piscina privada. ¡Me encantó mi estadía, me encantó todo! Lamentablemente solo pude quedarme un día, pero ya estoy planeando regresar por una semana completa. ¡Gracias, Secrets Tides Punta Cana, por hacer mis vacaciones inolvidables!

The property is beautiful, pools fantastic, staff very attentive. The buffet has great options and the food quality. El Patio restaurant is top, we repeated dinner. One the chef’s, Geidil Mendez went out of his way to please us. Highly recommended hotel. Overall is definately one of the best we’ve been in the area.
