The entertainment staff at the main pool were fantastic. They always make sure you’re having a great time. The property and rooms are beautiful with delicious food at their many restaurants. I can’t wait to come back.

Had such an amazing time here! The staff was so attentive and made such a difference on our stay here. Tedi and Happy Man (Manuel) were like family to us. They made the activities so much fun and always assisted us with whatever we needed. Tedi and Manuel took time to hang out with us and remembered our names. They asked us how we were doing and always made us smile and laugh. They truly made this trip and experience one of a kind and I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make our first time in the DR feel like home!

A Truly Memorable Anniversary Stay at Secrets Tides. From start to finish, our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana was exceptional—and much of that was thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our anniversary truly special. Eliezer, our butler, was outstanding. He was extremely thoughtful, professional, and attentive to every detail. He ensured every moment of our celebration was seamless and personal. We genuinely appreciated the care he put into making our experience unforgettable. At the Preferred Pool, we were lucky to be taken care of by Jose and Coral, who were consistently kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. Their warm personalities made every day by the pool even better. Silvestre, the supervisor, was also incredibly professional and helpful—always checking in and making sure everyone was well taken care of. Dining was a highlight of our trip. Sammy at Oceana Restaurant was a fantastic waiter—attentive and friendly. At the steakhouse, Carlos was also very helpful and welcoming, and the food there was absolutely phenomenal. Special shout-out to Luis, the Colombian chef—his dishes were hands down some of the best we’ve ever had! We also really enjoyed the food at the Japanese restaurant, which was equally impressive. Our room was always perfectly stocked with snacks, beer, sodas, and water each day, which we truly appreciated. One of the most fun parts of our trip was the neon party on the beach—such a lively, vibrant event.
