Very friendly staff, the resort is very outdated and not clean. Constant renovation. Workers were spray painting pool walls while people and kids were still swimming. Very strong paint odor and overspray all over! Couldn’t enjoy the putt putt course due to renovation. The food was decent (6/10), the night entertainment was good, id only recommend for the friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay - the team was great on all places, the room lady Maribel was wonderful - the front desk were great, especially Carlos (negrito) who was amazing with us and helped us all along. We had a couple of issues at the room which we had reported and got assistance promptly. One suggestion is to work on expediting the check-in process as it took rather long for us, and we had done the pre-registration in advance. Thanks for a wonderful stay !!!
