The resort facilities is very nice, clean and updated. The only negative in facility is no fans in bathrooms. Staff is nice everywhere. Food is mediocre. The seaside grill is the best place to eat, but the time to get the food is long, could be over an hour, plus wait in line could be another hour.

We had the best concierge Mayker!! He did amazing job making sure are stay was the best. Reynaldo was the best bartender. Entertainment Picachu was the best so much energy. This was a lovely stay at Dreams Royal Punta Cana our family will be back next year

Some of the employees were unforgettable...rooms, beach, pools all very nice. Restaurants were not the best and the hours were disappointing not all restaurants were open all the time. Pools close too early for a tropical place. Pools all close at 7p. The nightly shows in the main lobby were outstanding
