Property was very dirty, had to change rooms 3x due to AC, Fridge and TV not working. Very disappointing. Food in regular buffet was basically prison food and VIP buffet was high school cafeteria food. Drinks were extremely watered down. Would not recommend.

The property in the room was very clean. I paid for the level and the concierge that was assigned to me was not very helpful. I would’ve preferred to make my own dinner reservations where I want and the time I want, A couple of nights, he couldn’t get me reservation and told me to eat at the buffets. They also told me they would text me when my room was ready and they did not. I did not get early check-in. I did not get offered an upgrade and I had to ask for the VIP things that I was supposed to get for being Expedia VIP gold.

The property itself was beautiful landscaping was beautiful. Pools and beach were also nice and clean. Tons of things to do for the kids and they loved the waterpark Food options and buffet could have been better. It also was very difficult to make reservations at the restaurants and not as easy to do because they were booked so we didn’t get to try many of the cuisines and cleanness in the room could have been better as well.
