We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing. The pool was clean, and the staff by the pool bar were great. The Asian restaurant is a must go; should book a reservation if you are visiting. Also try to book the restaurants as soon as you get there because they do get fully reserved.

The location and facilities here are beautiful. The pool and beach areas were nice and there is always a nearby bar to get a drink. Several times the fire alarm was going off in the middle of the night, which was upsetting. Hopefully they can figure out what is causing that. There was a large variety of food, both at the buffet as well as at the various restaurants. Unfortunately the quality of the food is a little variable. Some things were delicious, but most is average. The service and staff were overall great. Some did, however, seem to take more interest in their job than others. Those that worked hard provided an enjoyable atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.

Everything here looked beautiful - the grounds, the food, the beach, etc. HOWEVER, the vast majority of the food and drinks were blank, there weren't any snorkel/non-motorized equipment for the beach, and my ocean view room was completely blocked by the big palm trees in addition to being far from the ocean.

Our first room was directly across from the bar and extremely loud at night. The hotel was great about moving us to a different room the following day though. Neither room had more than one outlet to plug in chargers without unplugging lamps. Hair dryer did not work in the second room and the A/C was not great either. Buffet food was amazing though and all staff was very friendly and nice the whole time we were there. The beach was clean and beautiful.

The staff at this property are very good. We especially liked the bartenders at the jacuzzi bar. The entire place is clean and well kept. The food was much better than we expected. We really enjoyed the food at the oriental restaurant and Jon Pavlos. The shows were not much, but the activities at the pool were fun. The drinks were excellant. There was a lot of noise at night that probably should have been addressed, but we dealt with it ok. People were celebrating a bachelor party and were having too much fun. I felt security should have addressed it. Internet was goid but went off at times, as did the electricity. Nothing too distracting. We had a great time overall. The bed was the worst part. It was hard as a rock.

Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville was too far from Punta Cana, it takes an hour and 30 mins one way. Food is hit and miss, staff are amazing especially Carlos at Los Corales. There are some cockroaches in the washroom, and AC is barely cooling the room. Otherwise, we had a good time with friends!

I could not believe how clean and sparkling this property was. They seemed to work around the clock to keep it that way. Extremely professional the à la cart options were fantastic. The beach was like a private James Bond Beach. The chairs were numerous, and it was never a struggle to find seating. It was amazing to have one pool that was quiet without all the annoying games and blurring music. All around a fantastic treat.

Amazing Stay at Bahia Principe Luxury! From the moment we arrived, the guest service was top-notch. Alexander welcomed us warmly and brought us to our room, explaining everything clearly and making us feel right at home. The Tamarindo lobby bar was a great spot to relax, friendly staff like Mayelin and her coworkers made it even better. The entertainment team truly made our trip unforgettable. Evelin, Carlos, Robert from Africa, Maria, Mayelin, and Nicki were all amazing! They were always around, super friendly, and made sure we had fun every day. I already miss them! The restaurants were excellent, with great food and plenty of variety. During the day, Valentin at Corales kept the vibe upbeat and enjoyable. The snack barand buffet both offered a tasty assortment of options. Special shout-out to Dalisa and Mr. Guerrero at the pool bar, they were incredibly attentive and added to the great experience. Everywhere we went, the staff made sure we were having a good time. It was a relaxing, fun-filled stay with delicious food and genuinely kind people. I’m really impressed and definitely plan to come back!

I travelled to this resort for 8 nights with my mother and sister through Air Canada Vacations. This resort is for an older clientele and offers the excursions from Coming2 excursions which are also onsite. We took part in the "gentle" excursion of the Saona tour, in which my mother and sister were injured and my mother was completely traumatized (she was literally picked up and forced on the boat as I was calling an Uber back to the hotel). The hotel is associated with this company and it ruined our entire trip and caused lasting damage.
