We were lucky to get villa 60 which is just steps from the pool and the beach. The check-in and check out were smooth. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and could communicate in basic English. Oneida at the guest experience desk was exceptional. The food was not bad at all either. Would be great if the entertainment staff to speak some more English instead of mostly Spanish, that way, they'd get more of the English speaking guests to participate in the pool events. Overall, this was a great experience and would surely come again!

Overall the resort is a 6/10 stars. The pros: Clean, quiet, safe, bath towels were great because they were large and smelled fresh, beach was perfect, ocean was clean and there were lifeguards! Cons: the pool needs updating, all food was the same at the buffets, no authentic Dominican food, beds are HARD, pillows are old and flat, minimal restaurants, the Italian restaurant (portofino) was not the best. For the price the resort wasn’t terrible, but AVOID the premium member. They had us for an hour and after we decline what they were offering they laugh in our faces and made us feel ridiculous. Don’t fall for it

Very nice , clean, staff was great and tended to our needs. Pool was clean, room was clean. The only problem I had was the bed was not comfortable at all, very hard made our backs hurt daily they should add memory foam or something

The worst experience EVER!! I was put in a room that was just painted and had a strong smell of paint fumes. I asked the front desk multiple times to just fix the smell and after the 3rd time I called to complain they sent housekeeping up to put coffee filter on the coffeemaker and turn the coffee machine on to mask the room with a coffee smell. I asked Josias to move me to a new room and that room smelled like mold and sitting water. One of the men at the front desk named Jose informed me that they did not have any more rooms throughout the whole entire resort so I had to sleep on my friends couch for the first night. After me agreeing to SLEEPING ON A COUCH IN A ROOM INSTEAD OF A ROOM I PAID FOR I then asked Jose for a blanket and pillows and he informed me that they had no more blankets or pillows to accommodate me after me agreeing to sleep on a couch. I spoke to Orlando, Narirobi, Adriel & Rhaideer at the resort who claim to be supervisors and NO ONE HELPED ME! I’m still fighting FOR MY MONEY BACK! WORST RESORT EVER!! Whatever you do DO NOT BOOK HERE! They will give you the run around.
