I read a lot of negative reviews about this resort but it was not our experience at all. Whereas the beach water isn’t turquoise blue and the rooms are a little dated, our overall experience was great. If you’re not travelling to an all inclusive to stay in your room, the outdated rooms won’t bother you. There is constant entertainment running everywhere you go: from the beach, to the pool, to the lobby. The staff are very friendly. There are always people cleaning. There are food options almost around the clock so you never go hungry. The food options were plentiful. We travelled with 3 teens who spent most of their time playing beach volleyball, and they had a blast. We had an issue with our in room safe and the staff was there before we walked back to our room from the lobby. They are very hard working. The only change I would make would be to fly into La Romana if possible since it made for a long day travelling into Punta Cana airport, but that was an oversight on our part. I’ve been to about a dozen all inclusives before. This is one I would return to. This is also the first one I write a review for since I find the lower ratings of it undeserving. The resort works hard to satisfy its customers.

The staff are amazing at this resort! We especially loved our wait/kitchen staff Wilton’s, Maria, Yueri, Emmanuel, Daniel, Kerley, Nathaniel, and Marcus. Our wonderful entertainment team, specifically Genna and Alfred. The resort is beautiful and there are staff cleaning 24/7 all anround the resort. Everything is easily accessible and there are beautiful views no matter where you explore on the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, and each bar was adequately staffed. Each meal served provided a huge variety of foods, and highlighted many different cultures. The Al carte meals were incredible!!! The entertainment team had different activities and performances each night. We have enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future! ❤️

The management has found a great staff starting from the Team at the restaurants to the entertainment Team. Kudos also to the entertaining Teams brought from outside. Wonderful entertainment program. The property was in very bad condition. The rooms are old and falling apart. No water pressure in the shower, couldn't take showers. The electricity got shut off to the rooms 2 days in a row. I would never go back to this facility ever again.

Property was good as well as rooms event if they are old. Careful with the noise, especially with people that don't know there alcool limits. Also, do NOT use their tour operator, it's a scam. Especially Saona Island tour. Thousands of people at the very same time "all included" that only allows you to drink Rhum&Coke... Nothing for the kids, not even water.

The property is very clean. There were cleaners everywhere cleaning and wiping every inch of the property which I was really impressed. Kudos to the cleaning crew, chamber maids and maintenance people. Kudos to the entertainment crew as they encourage the guests to participate in activities. They did an awesome job and i love it. I enjoyed the a la carte but I wish there were more selections. The food is really good, though. The room we were in was very dated and needs major renovation. Unfortunately, the beach was not that great. I was expecting it to be turquoise blue, but I understand that the resort cannot do anything about this because of the river that runs through near the resort. Other than that, I enjoyed my birthday vacation with my husband at the resort.
