This place was such a letdown. Room Service: If you order at a set time, don’t expect it to actually show up then. We had to call after the scheduled time to see where it was, and when we followed up four times with no answer, they ended up delivering when we weren’t even in the room. The receipt was crumpled up like they were mad about having to redeliver, even though that’s not what we asked for. Later that same night, we ordered again and it never showed up at all. No call, no email, nothing. I don’t understand why they ask for a time, phone number, and email if they don’t use any of it. Beach: The beaches were full of seaweed, and the smell was really bad. I know that’s not completely their fault, but the way it’s advertised is very misleading. The clear water you see in photos is only past the barrier or if you go on an excursion. Service: Aside from a few people who were awesome (Rafael at Swiachi, Jon at Thalassa, Ashley at the adults-only pool, Flor at the piano bar, and the Crepe Bar team), most of the staff made it feel like a burden to serve you. Tipping didn’t change that either. The Moo La juice bars were especially bad. The staff was rude and they didn’t even have all the ingredients to make their full menu. Even at the spa, people seemed uninterested in helping. Spa: We booked a couples massage at 10 a.m. and it started off great, but by 11 the loud pool music kicked in. The spa is right next to the pool so it completely ruined the atmosphere. Room: • AC

Our rooms had cockroaches, sinks would not drain, ac would not go below 78 degrees and the fans did not work. Getting a room change was also a hassle even though we had bugs everywhere. Plumbing was not great, we would just hope the toilet flushed and the refrigerator and tv did not work. The food was not great, there was maybe one or two good restaurants but the buffets had stale food and you could tell it was sitting out and multiple people in our group got sick. If you wanted to order room service, sometimes you would get it sometimes you wouldn’t. It was almost impossible to get ice, I had to walk to the front desk and argue to get it everytime we wanted ice because if you call the service desk it was not coming. The beaches were disgusting, it was seaweed season but they didn’t clean it often and the pictures show these clear blue water beaches and that is not at all what they have. They have a small sliver of blue water and it’s so crowded to get to that area and then on our last day there were animal intestines floating everywhere. The solicitation on the beach is non stop so you never get a moment to relax- they even bother you if you are inside the resort at a bar. The only good things were things you had to pay extra for. Also if you book an excursion you may get booked for a day that has already passed and they won’t offer refunds or apologies. They also watch over your shoulder as you put reviews for their resort and hound you to do so. Would not recommend.

One of my favorite things about this place is they have events at the hotel to keep you entertain. At night you will see singers and dancers, they have pool workout during the day, the drinks are very good, the people are friendly and the guest comes to have a great time. The food is amazing and the staff is alway around to help. 5 stars

Loved this hotel and loved the staff. Very easy check in and check out process was easy as well. Love that they had free parking for guests and the food was mehhh. Same resort food.. just different all-inclusive hotel. But other than that, it was wonderful! Even if there was a ton of seaweed around that time in Punta Cana

This property is adults-only, which we appreciated. The dining reservation system was a highlight—super easy and convenient. We were able to book all of our restaurant choices within minutes. The food itself was average, and the drink selection was just okay. Our first room was spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working. We were moved to another room where the AC wasn’t much better, though we managed to make it work. The mini fridge also didn’t function properly, so nothing ever stayed cold. One major downside was the constant beach vendors. They came by nonstop trying to sell shells, braids, massages, jewelry—you name it. It was so frequent that we eventually had to move all the way back to the last row of loungers just to get a break. Overall, our stay was fine but nothing standout. Some good conveniences, but also some frustrations that took away from the experience.

Good options were okay. The buffet on the other resort was amazing I was glad we got to eat at both resorts. For an adult only resort there wasn’t much to do. There was no music by the pools, everything close at 12. We had to go to the kids resort in order to go to the bars and stuff which I thought was weird. Other than that it was relaxing- one of the pools bathing suit tops are not required fyi

We enjoyed the swim-up bar along with the bartenders (they were fantastic). While the entertainment could be better, the guy who ran the events was very energetic and fun. The food overall was not enjoyable - we only enjoyed one restaurant out of them all. Making the reservations was not easy using the QR code when I needed help, the guest service people were not friendly. Halfway through our trip, our toilet would not flush at all. I had to complain 5 times for them to fix it and it ended with our toilet leaking all over the floor so we had to switch rooms. You can only use the jacuzzi by the spa if you either pay for a massage OR pay $15.00 per hour which is ridiculous. We did find the resort overall to be very clean and the cleaning staff were very thorough. They also do try to get you to attend a breakfast for some sort of timeshare thing which we did not do thanks to being warned by the reviews. The pool areas and layout of the resort are very beautiful but def need updating and better maintenance. I like that you are able to use the family side of the resort while staying on the adult side but I don't think we would stay here again - really boils down to not enjoying the food.
